An Office Administrator provides office and administrative support to either a team or individual. This role is vital for the smooth-running of a business. The aim of the course is to develop the knowledge, skills and capabilities for being an effective and efficient office administrator as well as the importance of being part of a team.
Course is facilitated by a competent subject matter trainer, who utilises a combination of the following techniques to ensure that the session is practical and experiential: Discussion; Role Play; Exercises & Case Studies; Videos/DVD’s; Games, Slide Shows & Written Questions.
